About the destination: The cosmopolitan capital of Lorraine offers the most luxurious and architecturally coherent ensemble of buildings from the 18th Century in France. Captivating and picturesque, Nancy is the home of Art Nouveau, the movement flourished here in 1901, as the Nancy School. The elegant Place Stanislas is the city’s resplendent central square. Five magnificent palaces flank it and gold grills adorn all its sides. In one of the square’s palaces, you will find the National Museum of Fine Arts, one of the oldest cultural centers of Nancy. The museum exhibits a collection of paintings referring to 17th and 19th centuries, as well as a stunning collection of items made of crystal. The most well-known religious landmark of the city is Nancy's Cathedral, an 18th-century Roman Catholic cathedral, and national monument of France. Sitting on a triangular islet surrounded by the Canal du Thiou, the whimsically turreted, 12th-century Palais de l’Isle has been a lordly residence, courthouse and prison over the centuries. Today Annecy’s most visible land mark hosts exhibits on local architecture and history.

About the destination: Saint-Tropez is a town, west of Nice, in the Var department of the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region of southeastern France. It is also the principal town in the canton of Saint-Tropez. Saint-Tropez is located on the French Riviera. After the war, it became an internationally known seaside resort, renowned principally because of the influx of artists of the French New Wave in cinema and the Yé-yé movement in music. It later became a resort for the European and American jet set and a goal for tourists in search of a little Provençal authenticity and an occasional celebrity sighting. In the first week of July there is an international Polo tournament, which attracts the best polo players from around the world to the Saint-Tropez Polo Club.
